Sony Life Space UX pop up exhibition
Projecting imagination is part of an ongoing collaboration between Takram and Sony to showcase the potential of their LifeSpace UX range. Sony's unique Life Space UX products, including projectors and speakers, invite you to discover new experiences by transforming the environment around you.
Through a series of exhibitions and events, Takram is experimenting with the application of the Life Space UX products, presenting new domestic possibilities, and sparking the audiences imagination of the true potential of their home.
Behind the building facades, and panes of mirrored glass, hidden by brick and mortar, and the surface of the water, the inhabitants of London go about their secret lives.
Projecting Imagination: The Secrets Beneath The Surface is a collaboration between Takram, Sony, the illustrator Matteo Berton, and the animator George Shelbourn taking place in Sony Life Space UX's Shoreditch pop up store between the 10th and the 19th of January 2018. Picking locations from across the capital we asked Matteo and George to imagine the private lives of Londoners - the idiosyncratic and eccentric activities of daily life that are normally hidden and unseen. Using Sony's Portable Ultra Short Throw Projector we have peeled back the surface of the city to revel Matteo and Georges imagination - the secret goings on behind closed doors.
