After graduating from Waseda University’s School of Political Science and Economics, she worked in corporate lending at a major city bank before moving into a planning role at a leading staffing company. She joined Takram in 2010, initially overseeing a broad range of back-office operations. As the organisation grew, her focus shifted towards people and organisational development. Her work includes designing learning and development initiatives for members and project leaders, developing and implementing performance and evaluation frameworks, and introducing practices that foster meaningful dialogue, including one-on-one meetings and coaching.
