Takramのプロジェクトの中でも未来ビジョン策定から組織設計、パーパス策定まで、多様なタイプのプロジェクトに携わることができるポジションです。入社後は、スキルに応じてさまざまなプロジェクトにアサインされ、広範囲にわたった業務をプロジェクト内で担っていただく予定です。定型的なプロセスにとらわれずに、フレームワークやプロセスの創造に取り組むことやビジネスデザイン×○○のような新領域を開拓することを期待しています。

Business design

Tokyo

ビジュアルデザインの領域の中でも3Dを中心としたCGIデザインを専門領域とするメンバーを募集しています。ビジュアルデザインを専門とするデザイナーは、幅広い場面で自身のスキルを活かしていくことが可能です。

CGI Design

専任の担当者を置かず、エンジニアリングスキルをもったメンバー数名で兼務をしていましたが、メンバーや拠点の増加に伴いコーポレートITの専任担当者を募集します。
社内の情報システム部門として、ヘルプデスク業務からネットワークの構築まで会社のシステムの基盤となる業務をご担当いただきます。デザイナーを中心とした多様な専門性をもつメンバーのクリエイティブな作業環境を実現するために、「セキュリティと利便性」という相反する2つのニーズの両立を一緒に実現してくれる方を探しています。
また、規定の業務のみならず、ご自身のWillに合わせて、データベースやプロジェクトで開発したシステムの運用のほか、会社の運営に関する業務にも領域を超えてチャレンジしていくこともできます。

Corporate IT

テクノロジーの領域に専門的な知見をもち、ハードからソフトまでさまざなプロダクやサービスのアイディエーションほか、実際にプロトタイプを作成を主に担うポジションです。例えば、ビッグデータの可視化やプロトタイプのフレームワーク設計、開発、ソフトウェアプロトタイピングなどを行っていますが、現在の領域にとどまることなく、他デザイナーと協業してデザインの領域にスキルを拡張しながら、プロジェクトを牽引していける方を求めています。

Design engineering

主にビジュアルデザインの領域を専門とするメンバーを募集しています。 ビジュアルデザインを専門とするデザイナーは、グラフィックデザイン（ロゴデザイン、VI構築、パッケージデザイン）、ウェブ・UIデザイン、モーショングラフィック、3Dグラフィックなど、幅広い場面で自身のスキルを活かしていくことができます。また、他領域のスペシャリストとコラボレーションすることで新しいものづくりのアプローチに挑戦することが可能です。
