Takram Inc. and its Affiliates (the Company), in accordance with the following Privacy Policy, handles personal information of our website visitors, customers and business clients (you) in safe and appropriate manner.

  • This Privacy Policy applies solely to the personal information provided by you.
  • The Company establishes the stipulations pertaining to the handling of personal information and implements a variety of security measures, to prevent issues such as illegal access, loss or leakage of information and to maintain the safety of your personal information.
  • Personal information, which the Company collects, will be stored and managed by the Company. The information collected is used for the following purposes, aside from the cases which are agreed by you or exceptionally allowed by the law:

    • Whom the Company shares information with: the Company‚Äôs group companies, such as Takram Ltd., Takram Oneness Inc. and other parent/subsidiary companies meaning of which are defined in the related laws and regulations, which may be founded in the future.
    • Purpose of sharing the information: in order for the Company and its group companies to accomplish the purpose stated in Section 3.
    • Administration of personal information is governed by the Company.
  • You may instruct the Company, at any time, to provide, correct, add, delete, withhold, opt-out or to notify the purpose of use of your personal information held by the Company. After confirming that the instruction was given by the owner of personal information or their legal representative, the Company will respond in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • If you wish the Company to disclose your personal information in accordance with Section 5 or give the Company suggestions regarding the handling of your personal information, you may contact the Company through [info@takram.com]. If you wish to unsubscribe from the Company's mailing list, you can do so by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the newsletter when you are online.
  • Personal information the Company collects may be stored and processed in any country where the Company have facilities or in which the Company engages service providers, and by disclosing information to the Company you consent to the transfer of such information to countries outside of your country of residence, including Japan, the UK and the United States, which could have different data protection rules from those of your country or the country in which you were located when you initially provided the information.
  • The handling and management of the personal information the Company collects, as well as validity and interpretation of this Privacy Policy, shall be governed by the Laws of Japan.
  • The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance for any disputes relating to the personal information the Company collects and to this Privacy Policy.
  • The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
